Edison, NJ – Carotech Inc., the world’s largest and only GMP-certified palm tocotrienol and mixed carotenoids producer will be exhibiting at the 2012 Food Ingredients China Exhibition at Shanghai, China, from Mar 28th until 30th, 2012.
The FIC event is the largest and most authoritative international show on food additives and ingredients industry in Asia that attracts well over 1000 exhibitors. The event is held at a brand new location this year at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.
At FIC 2012, Carotech will share with customers and visitors the latest scientific development of its flagship ingredients Tocomin® and Tocomin®SupraBio™, especially in maintaining liver health and protection against stroke-induced neural cell damage; in addition to benefits on skin & hair health.
The use of natural mixed carotenes (Caromin® and Carosol™) as food and drinks coloring substance has gained wide acceptance. It imparts a shade of yellow to orange color and is commonly used in the fat and dairy processing industry to standardize the color of margarine, butter, ghee, and cheese. It is also a preferred food colorant alternative to replace synthetic colorants in the beverage industry.
Partnering with the Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) at booth number 1P21, Floor 1 (Overseas Pavilion) World Expo, Carotech will showcase a series of ingredients from Tocomin® natural full spectrum palm tocotrienol complex as well as Caromin® palm mixed carotenoids for applications in functional food and drinks as well as natural colorant.
